William Colglazier is a 12 year old, American entrepreneur from Silicon Valley, in California. At the age of nine he won a Global Entrepreneurship award at the 2014 Data Conference in Belgium, for his innovative mobile app, @me-on-the-move, which connects people to what’s hot and happening in five cities across Africa, Europe and America. William’s app utilizes open data – data generated by and available to the public sector – which is becoming popular and used for a number of purposes ranging from tourism to government accountability. William launched his first start up, WillCcreations.com, in 2015 at the young age of eleven, as a vehicle for his Minecraft design courses. From 2014-2016, William lived in Cape Town, SA and attended Reddam House School in Constantia. He is a familiar face at the Cape Town Science Centre where he has taught many successful Minecraft design classes. Website – williamcolglazier.com
